Who We Are
We’re a vibrant and busy cafe located on a prominent corner of Whiteladies Road, known for our fantastic friendly service and a wide selection of delicious lunches, cakes, and specialty drinks. We’re passionate about offering something for everyone—with an ever changing menu of sandwiches, toasties, and salads, as well as a daily breakfast & lunch service.
Our impressive variety of traybakes, buns, and cakes is a point of pride, and our carefully curated drinks menu ensures there’s something to suit every taste.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for someone enthusiastic, detail oriented, and just as passionate about quality service as we are.
As the face of the cafe, you’ll represent our brand in a lively, fast paced environment. You’ll care deeply about customer experience, be curious about our products and processes, and enjoy engaging with customers about what we do and why we do it.
You’ll need to be:
- A strong communicator and a team player
- Proud of your workspace and presentation
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in when things get busy
The Role Includes:
- Creating eye-catching counter displays
- Serving food and preparing specialty coffee
- Using the till and handling payments
- Clearing tables and keeping the cafe clean and tidy
- Working collaboratively with your team under the guidance of the Shift Leader
- Thinking on your feet and solving issues as they arise
Job Details:
- Part time (range of 15 - 30 hours / week)
- £12.71 per hour
- Flexible shifts (no evening shifts—your evenings are free!)
- Must be available to work weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality
- Barista experience is essential
- A warm, welcoming approach and strong work ethic
