Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide exceptional support to individuals in a home environment.The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personalised care with professionalism and empathy. Hours of working will be Monday to Friday 5pm until 10pm
alternate weekends 4.30pm until 10.00pm
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised care, including assistance with daily activities .
- Administer medication following prescribed instructions and maintain accurate records
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care standards
Requirements
- Prior experience of working in a care setting is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.15 per hour
