What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating our bar team to deliver exceptional service
- Keeping the bar running smoothly during busy shifts
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully compliant bar area
- Training and supporting new team members to help them shine
- Carrying out regular stock takes and stock checks
- Planning, organising, and running exciting events on site
- Resolving customer queries with confidence and a smile
- Helping create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar or hospitality experience (essential)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality (preferred)
- Great knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and bartending techniques
- A confident communicator who loves working with people
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A positive leader who inspires and supports their team
- A Personal Licence is a bonus, but not essential
