Warehouse Operative – Fulfilment (Full Time – Backshift)

Salary: £12.90 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy fulfilment team at our Livingston warehouse on a full-time backshift basis.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Working as part of our backshift team, you'll help maintain efficient warehouse operations while supporting the continued growth of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders and manage stock.
- Supporting stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory control.
- Processing returns and replenishing stock where required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proven picking and packing experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- The role involves manual handling and physical tasks. Applicants should be able to perform these duties, with reasonable adjustments where required.
Shift Pattern
- 37.5 hours per week
- Backshift
- Monday to Thursday: 11:00 – 19:00
- Sunday: 08:30 – 16:30
