About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can effectively manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, maintain programme deadlines, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of commercial electrical projects on site.
- Supervise electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and project managers.
- Plan labour and materials to meet project programmes.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track.
- Complete site documentation, including, toolbox talks, permits, and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects.
- Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- ECS Gold Card.
- Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project programmes.
- Full UK driving licence.
