About Us
Signature Windows & Doors are a growing home improvement company specialising in high-quality windows and doors. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and smooth project delivery from survey through to installation.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Installation Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day running of the installation department.
Key Responsibilities
- Sending installation jobs to fitters and subcontractors
- Processing surveyor reports into live installation jobs
- Managing and updating the CRM system through the correct pipeline stages
- Checking contracts against survey details to ensure accuracy before installation
- Coordinating and managing remedial works
- Booking installation appointments and organising schedules
- Running and maintaining the Installation Board
- Monitoring installation progress and updating job statuses
- Liaising with surveyors, installers, suppliers, and customers regarding job updates
- Ensuring all installation documentation is accurate and completed correctly
- Managing installation-related queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Supporting the installation department with general administrative duties
- Maintaining organised records and filing systems
- Assisting with workload planning and scheduling to maximise efficiency
- Communicating effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Competent using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Experience within the windows, doors, or construction industry
- Scheduling or installation coordination experience
- Knowledge of remedials and installation processes
