Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join their team to ensure exceptional care and a nurturing environment for the young people in their childrens home.
As a Registered Manager, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within the home including:
- Manage a warm and friendly home that is a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes authentic to them
- Ensure compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care.
- Lead and inspire a motivated team, providing guidance and support.
- Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment.
- Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home's statement of purpose is fulfilled.

What they’re looking for from you:
- Extensive experience in children's residential care management.
- Experience working in a LD/EBD home is desirable.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment.
- You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce
- You also hold your QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children's Services or be willing to undertake this qualification as part of the role.
- Hold a full UK driving license
