About the role
We're a growing Birmingham-based marketing company delivering commercial and online campaigns for well-known national brands across the UK. Based in the heart of Digbeth, a short walk from the city centre and well connected by bus and rail, we're expanding our team and looking for driven, career-focused people to join us as Junior Campaign Executives.
This is a genuine entry point into campaign management. You'll learn the trade from the ground up, working alongside senior managers who will coach you one-to-one, and you'll be given real responsibility early. If you want a role where progression is earned on merit rather than time served, and where every day brings a target to beat, you'll fit right in.
No previous experience is required. We hire on attitude, coachability and work ethic, and we train the rest.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the planning and delivery of commercial and online marketing campaigns for national clients
- Working towards clear daily and weekly performance targets
- Learning campaign strategy, execution and reporting alongside senior managers
- Representing our clients at occasional in-person events and activations
- Contributing fresh ideas to campaign strategy
- Building the leadership and decision-making skills needed to progress into campaign management

Please note: applicants must have the right to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fully on-site role in Digbeth, so a reliable daily commute to Birmingham is essential.
