What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting your team, and providing exceptional care to children with complex needs. You'll help create a positive, structured environment where every young person feels safe, valued, and empowered.
You'll:
- Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and young people.
- Mentor and support Residential Support Workers.
- Promote positive outcomes through person-centred care.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and record keeping.
- Work closely with professionals, families, and the wider care team.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential).
- An experienced residential childcare professional.
- A confident leader who leads by example.
- A full UK driving licence holder.
- Compassionate, resilient, and committed to making a lasting impact.
