We are looking for a reliable, friendly and detail-focused Housekeeper to join our team for 37.5hours to help ensure our rental motorhomes are presented to an exceptional standard for every customer.
This is an important role within our team, as you will be responsible for preparing our motorhomes between rentals and ensuring they are spotlessly clean, fully stocked and ready for our customers to enjoy.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and understands the importance of creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our customers.
You will work both independently and as part of a friendly team, with a varied role that includes cleaning, laundry and restocking before each motorhome goes out on hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and prepare rental motorhomes to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and all customer-facing spaces are clean, fresh and well presented.
- Dust, vacuum and mop floors and clean all surfaces, fixtures and fittings.
- Change and prepare bed linen, towels and other customer amenities.
- Restock motorhomes with the supplies and essentials required for each booking.
- Check that everything is clean, tidy, present and ready for the customer's arrival.
- Report any missing, damaged or low-stock items to management.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding and organising linens.
- Maintain cleanliness of relevant public and back-of-house areas.
- Follow all company procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Work efficiently to meet turnaround times between customer bookings.
- Help maintain a consistently high standard of presentation across the rental fleet.

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, holiday-let/Airbnb cleaning, caravan or motorhome cleaning, or commercial cleaning would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person. Clean drving licence preferred.
