- Uncapped earnings with realistic OTE of £45,000 – £70,000+
- The role will be predominantly based at our Seaford office, with days-based working from some of our introducer’s offices in Sussex and Central London.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding their mortgage options and protection needs through clear, professional advice
- Conduct initial client consultations to gather financial information and assess eligibility
- Support clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Keep up-to-date with current mortgage products, regulations, and industry best practices
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and advice provided in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support
- Continuously develop your knowledge of financial services, including basic math skills necessary for calculations and assessments
Skills
- CeMAP qualified with competent adviser status.
- Proven experience in mortgage advising, including remortgages and product transfers as well as ensuring that these homeowners are financially resilient.
- Strong interest in financial services and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals
- Basic math skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and affordability assessments
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex information clearly and confidently
- Ability to work as part of a team while also managing individual responsibilities effectively
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally through training and on-the-job experience

Pay: £26,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
