Hours: Flexible shift patterns between 10:00am and 10:30pm, including evenings and weekends
Pay: From £12.80 per hour depending on experience
Days: 3 to 4 days per week

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and confident front of house team member who enjoys working with customers and can maintain high standards during busy periods.
This is primarily a customer-facing role, focused on serving customers, managing orders, and keeping the shop looking its best. You will also support the kitchen when required.
This role suits someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to progress into a team leader position over time.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Take and manage orders accurately in store and on online platforms (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented shop environment
- Keep displays stocked, neat, and visually appealing
- Handle busy periods calmly and keep service moving
- Support the kitchen team when required
- Take initiative to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
