Join the exciting team at The Grand Pier, an iconic seaside landmark in Weston-super-Mare, known for its diverse offerings as a visitor attraction and events venue. We are currently looking for reliable and outgoing people to assist in our Arcades and rides department.
Duties:
- Assist in managing guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors
- Running our various rides & attractions
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in designated work areas
- provide accurate information to our guests and ensure they have a fun experience
- working as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is advantageous
- Understanding of hospitality operations and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members
- a fun happy demeanour and someone who is happy to chat and interact with our guests and their families

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
