Location: Longview Drive, Huyton, Liverpool, Merseyside, L36 6DZ
Hours: 42 hours per week - Days (8:00am - 8:00pm) and Nights (8:00pm - 8:00am), 3 on, 3 off rota

The Role
As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading your shift, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that enables residents to feel safe, respected, and valued. You'll be responsible for administering medication, completing care assessments, supporting and supervising the care team, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance are maintained throughout your shift.
Whether you're working days or nights, your leadership will help create a positive, supportive environment where residents receive exceptional care and colleagues feel motivated and empowered to succeed.

- Previous experience leading or supervising a care team
- A confident, compassionate leader who can motivate and support others
- Strong knowledge of medication management and care standards
- A passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
