Seasonal Front of House Supervisors (Summer Season)

Position: Seasonal Team Leaders / Supervisors
Duration: Immediate start through to end of September
Rate of Pay: Competitive hourly rate up to £14 ph + generous cash tips and tronc share

Pebble Beach is a busy, high-volume coastal bar and restaurant known for great food and drinks, and an incredible view. As the summer rush kicks into overdrive, we are looking for experienced, high-energy Seasonal Supervisors to join our leadership team and help us keep the good vibes flowing on the floor.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
This isn't a "sit back and watch" job. You’ll be right in the thick of it, leading by example on our busiest shifts. Your main focuses will be:
- Floor Leadership: Managing the flow of the restaurant and bar terrace during fast-paced lunch and dinner rushes.
- Team Support: Acting as a go-to person for our front of house team—motivating them, troubleshooting issues, and keeping morale high.
- Guest Experience: Greeting guests, managing seating waitlists, serving food and drinks, and resolving any customer complaints gracefully.
- Operational Control: Assisting with opening/closing duties, secure cash handling, and ensuring strict health and safety standards are maintained.
What We Are Looking For
We need proactive problem-solvers who don't get flustered when the terrace is full and the ticket machine is buzzing.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team-leader experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (bars, restaurants, or busy pubs).
- The Vibe: A welcoming, positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Cool Under Pressure: The ability to make quick decisions, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a calm demeanor when it gets hectic.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, bank holidays, and evening shifts, however part time hours are available.
- Eligibility: Full right to work in the UK.
