Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator to join our busy and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting our warranty operations and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
The Role
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of all warranty-related processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all warranty administration processes are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Work closely with line managers to review warranty reporting systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Administer warranty policies whilst balancing the interests of customers, retailers and manufacturers.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, submissions, credits, rejections and goodwill contributions.
Support frontline staff and technicians by ensuring correct documentation is completed when diagnosing warranty-related vehicle issues.
Promote and uphold health and safety procedures throughout warranty administration processes.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, specialist repairers and manufacturer representatives.
Communicate updates and changes to warranty, goodwill and repair procedures to relevant team members.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of warranty processes, documentation and health and safety requirements.

Good knowledge of computer systems, databases, Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets and reporting systems.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong IT and data management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
Previous experience within the motor trade.
Experience with warranty administration processes.
Knowledge of health and safety administration and compliance procedures.
Experience in a similar warranty or service administration role.
The successful candidate will be primarily based in Kendal, however regular travel to other operational sites will be required to support business needs.
