This role would suit a driven Lettings Manager or senior property professional looking to step into a leadership position with genuine earning potential and future career growth.
The Role
As Head of Lettings, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the branch, developing business opportunities, and managing a motivated lettings team.
Key duties will include:
- Driving branch revenue and increasing market share
- Winning new instructions and carrying out rental valuations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the lettings team
- Monitoring performance against targets and KPIs
- Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and company standards
- Working closely with senior management to support business growth
- Managing marketing activity for available properties
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within residential lettings management
- A proven track record of generating business and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the London lettings market
- Professional and confident client-facing approach
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
