We are looking for a confident, motivated and people-focused Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position focused on face-to-face sales and marketing. You will represent our clients, engage directly with customers, promote products and services, and help create positive customer experiences.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing their communication skills and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients and brands professionally through face-to-face customer interactions
- Engage with customers and create positive, memorable experiences
- Present and promote products and services confidently
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Support customer acquisition and marketing campaigns
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Attend team meetings, training sessions and promotional events
- Assist with the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns across different locations
- Build strong communication, sales and leadership skills
- Travel within the UK and take part in international travel opportunities for events, campaigns and business development
