Duties
- Deliver a wide range of hair services such as cuts, color treatments, blow dries, and styling to meet each client’s unique preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Manage front desk responsibilities like scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in accordance with industry regulations.
Experience
- NVQ Level 2 in hairdressing or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist/Barber with a portfolio would be of interest but not essential.
- Skilled in customer service with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability work effectively within a team environment.
