Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to maintain efficient service flow
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in all areas of service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems
- Support with setting up tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining a tidy dining environment
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques is advantageous
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions confidently
