Cedar Court Hotel, Huddersfield are looking to recruit a full time Guest Service Host, with their main focus being on each and every customer that walks through the door.
Our Guest Services Hosts provide the highest level of customer service to clients and customers, whilst ensuring that Front of House areas are running smoothly.
Your duties may involve:
- Serving our customers at the lounge bar during busy periods
- Escorting visitors to their conference rooms and ensuring all their requirements are met
- Providing assistance with the self check-in and check-out process for our residents
- Assisting with restaurant service where necessary
In a nutshell, you'll need to be an allrounder – a good communicator, confident and happy to engage with guests, visitors and staff at all levels. A hospitality background would be an advantage, but if you have a have a passion for ensuring our guests receive the highest level of customer satisfaction, and have a bubbly personality, we’d love to hear from you.
