Duties
- Support senior mortgage advisors by preparing client documentation and assisting with application processes
- Engage with clients to gather necessary financial information and understand their homeownership needs
- Learn to evaluate clients’ financial situations using basic math skills to determine eligibility and suitable mortgage options
- Assist in explaining mortgage products, terms, and conditions clearly and confidently to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, application statuses, and compliance documentation
- Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of financial services regulations and industry best practices
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and updates on client progress
Requirements
- Genuine interest in financial services and a desire to build a career as a mortgage advisor
- Basic math skills for calculating figures related to loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment plans
