We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Consultant/Project Manager to become part of our expanding team. This role is focused on managing the ordering and logistics process, ensuring the seamless delivery of goods to site, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the complete order process, from receiving the initial client order to supporting the installation team.
· Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to guarantee fulfilment of orders.
· Monitor stock levels and address potential shortages or delays.
· Keep records of orders, deliveries, and client communications.
· Provide updates to clients about their order status and resolve any issues swiftly and efficiently.
· Work with the sales and installation teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Handle the loading and unloading of heavy items, ensuring all goods are treated with care.
· Deliver goods safely and efficiently to local destinations.
About You
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
· Possession of a full, clean UK driving licence.
· Capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
· Previous experience in customer service, order management, or logistics is highly desirable.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy working environment.

Role Details
· Showroom-based position with local deliveries.
· Applications close on 15/08/2026.
· Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, across five days, including two Saturdays each month (with a day off in lieu).
· Holiday entitlement: Four weeks per year in addition to bank holidays.
