Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) marketing channels.
- Lead and manage multiple marketing projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and IT teams to create compelling marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including content creation, social media campaigns, and online advertising to maximize outreach.
- Manage budgets effectively, monitor campaign performance metrics, and prepare detailed analysis reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing management with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analysis skills for interpreting data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with IT systems relevant to marketing operations.

Pay: £105,000.00 per year
