Role Overview
Mandala Homes Development Ltd. is looking for a Sustainable Housing Development Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and local stakeholders to deliver high-quality housing developments that meet regulatory and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential development projects throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and health and safety requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare project progress reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing residential construction or property development projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK construction practices and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience using project management software and construction reporting systems is preferred.
Pay: £74,000.00 per year
