The Greyhound is a busy family restaurant, serving Carvery 7 days a week , wood fired pizza and a great selection of drinks.
We are looking for a EXPERIENCED supervisor/ Mixologist to lead the bar team.
You will work closely with the operations team to implement key practices to ensure all cocktails are served 100% each and every time
Ensuring all staff are fully trained
Making sure the bar is fully stocked, all prep is done and stock is ordered to ensure consistent delivery of the cocktails
Have excellent customer service skills
Have a broad range of bar skills from cask ales, cocktails to coffees.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week
