AC247 Facilities Management Ltd are looking for a cleaning operative to join our team based in a well known hospice based in Orpington. The candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years cleaning experience and have a hard working and hands on approach. Duties and responsibilities are as follows:-
- Assisting and working alongside cleaners with daily cleaning duties and ensuring that the other cleaners standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
- Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
- Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse and completing regular stock checks
- Completing security checks in the buildings including securing all windows and doors and setting alarms
Shift - Monday to Friday - 16:30 to 19:30 3 hours per shift ( 15 hours per week )
