We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various residential properties. Duties
- Perform general and deep cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Ensure waste disposal is handled efficiently and in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet cleaning standards and schedules
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is essential
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Valid driving licence and a vehicle is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, organised, and attentive to detail
