- Monitor outstanding claims and follow up with manufacturers where required.
- Maximise warranty revenue opportunities through accurate administration and invoicing.
- Manage warranty parts returns and ensure unused parts are returned to stock promptly.
- Schedule service and repair appointments in line with workshop capacity.
- Support colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and work-in-progress documentation.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding repairs, claims, and updates.
- Help deliver the outstanding customer experience Kimberley is known for.

The ideal candidate will be:
- Friendly, professional, and confident dealing with customers.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to use their own initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
