Flexible Hours Cleaner – Standby Team (London)
Join Our Flexible Standby Cleaning Team
Crystal Group Services Ltd. is looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Cleaners to join our Standby Team. This is a flexible role offering varied work across London.
As a member of our standby team, you will work both independently and alongside other cleaners, covering a variety of commercial and residential cleaning projects. You may be asked to support scheduled work, cover staff absences, or assist on larger contracts.
The role includes:
- Office cleaning
- After-build cleaning
- End of tenancy cleaning
- Deep house cleaning
- General commercial cleaning
- Working individually and as part of a team
- Travelling to sites across London
What we're looking for:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred (office, after-build, end of tenancy or deep cleaning is an advantage).
- A keen eye for detail and high cleaning standards.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Flexible with working hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings or weekends.
- Comfortable travelling to different locations across London.
- Right to work in the UK.
