Due to expansion, a rewarding opportunity has arisen, we are currently looking for Children’s Residential Support Workers for our Children’s Home.
As a Children's Residential Support Worker in one of our Children's Residential Homes, you will have a vital role in providing guidance and person-centred support to children.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Support Workers: Experience working with children, we value those with formal qualifications in Social Care, Children’s Services, or similar fields.
Passionate & Consistent: You’ll need a deep passion for working with children and a commitment to providing consistent, empathetic care.
Skilled & Knowledgeable: A strong understanding of the challenges children with disabilities face, along with knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and trauma-informed approaches.
