ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Outpatient Healthcare Assistant, you will support the clinical team in delivering safe, effective and compassionate care. You'll support patients with fundamental care needs, assist with observations and vital signs, maintain accurate patient records and help prepare patients for treatments and investigations. You'll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals, provide a professional reception service when required, answer enquiries, support administrative processes and ensure patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
