About Chapman Housing
Chapman Housing Limited is expanding an established accommodation operation that has been providing housing to homeless and vulnerable adults for the past 12 years.
Our experienced team has established infrastructure and operational experience supporting and managing accommodation for 50+ residents. We are now building on this experience by developing specialist supported and move-on accommodation for adults who may have mental health needs, learning disabilities, histories of homelessness, substance misuse and other complex support needs.
The successful candidate will join an experienced accommodation team and take a leading role in the development and management of the specialist support service.
The service will initially accommodate approximately 6 residents, with planned expansion into an adjoining building within the existing accommodation provision for approximately 16 further residents. This provides a clear pathway for the service to grow progressively with the support team expanding accordingly.
This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to shape and develop and lead a specialist support service while benefiting from the infrastructure, knowledge and experience of an established accommodation operation.
