Senior Support Worker – Longforth House
Full‑time Wellington, Somerset
We’re looking for a caring, motivated Senior Support Worker to join our friendly team at Longforth House, a supportive living environment for 15 residents with early‑onset dementia or lower‑level mental health needs.
At Longforth House, our goal is simple: help residents stay active, independent, and connected to the community. You’ll be part of a team that supports daily living tasks while also encouraging residents to enjoy meaningful social and recreational activities.

- Cinema outings and shopping visits
- One‑to‑one activities tailored to personal interests
- Group events that bring everyone together
We work hard to make sure every resident has access to the experiences they love.
Working Pattern
We operate on a fixed two‑week rolling rota, with:
- 6‑hour shifts: 07:30–13:30 or 13:30–19:30
- 12‑hour shifts: 07:30–19:30
- Alternate weekends off (one on, one off)
We are currently recruiting one full‑time team member.
Senior Support Worker Opportunity
