Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails and BIAB nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards to ensure client safety and comfort
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail designs or treatments
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of client visits
- Upsell additional services offered at the Salon
- Engage actively with clients through excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Promote salon services via social media management to attract new clients and keep current clients engaged with updates and promotions

- Strong management skills to handle appointments, inventory, and salon operations effectively
- Exceptional customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
- Proficiency in social media management for marketing and promotional purposes
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and build rapport with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure guest services are consistently outstanding
- Ability to upsell salon services confidently while respecting client preferences
- Background in beauty fields is advantageous and Nail Technician experience required
