Developing our own talent has always been an important part of the business. We run an apprenticeship programme every two years, supporting the next generation of hairdressers from the beginning of their careers through to becoming confident, qualified professionals.
As our salon continues to grow, we are now looking to welcome an experienced Level 3 qualified Hair Stylist to our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years' experience working as a qualified stylist and be confident in delivering a range of professional hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling and client consultations.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hairdressing, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of providing a consistently high standard of service. Building strong relationships with clients is at the heart of our salon, so we would love to find a stylist who is friendly, reliable and keen to become a long-term part of our team.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Level 3 Hairdressing qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a fully qualified stylist - References will be requested following sucessful to interview.
- Confident and experienced in cutting, colouring, blow-drying and styling.
- Strong consultation skills with the ability to listen to clients, understand their expectations and provide professional recommendations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Professional, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
- A genuine passion for hairdressing and delivering consistently high-quality results.
- Willingness to continue developing skills and keep up to date with current techniques, products and trends.
Desirable:
- Confidence and experience in providing hair-up services, including occasion, bridal and formal styling.
- An existing client base or experience in developing and retaining a loyal clientele.
- Experience supporting, training or mentoring apprentices and junior stylists.
- Additional training or qualifications in advanced colouring, cutting or other specialist hair services.
Pay: From £26,437.00 per year
