Footsteps Medical Care Limited is a small, friendly residential home supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm, family-like environment.
We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our supportive team.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living.
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
- Assisting with moving and handling (full training provided).
- Supporting people with eating, drinking and medication where appropriate.
- Encouraging meaningful activities both at home and in the community.
- Keeping accurate care records.
- Working closely as part of a supportive and experienced team.
Shift Pattern:
- Morning: 8:00am – 3:00pm
- Afternoon: 3:00pm – 10:00pm
- Sleep-in: 10:00pm – 8:00am
A mixture of shifts will be required. Please note we can not offer school hours only, it will be a mix of shifts on a rota basis.
