Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and assist them in seating or ordering
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setup and breakdown
- Support food safety protocols by handling ingredients properly and adhering to hygiene standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle customer payments efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service experiences and resolve guest concerns promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly desirable
- Familiarity with catering, serving, and food safety practices preferred
- Barista experience or knowledge of beverage preparation is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food handling regulations and safety standards is advantageous
