We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant General Manager to support the day to day running of Pavilion. Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading the team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of venue operations
- Lead, motivate and develop front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure high standards of food, drink and customer experience are maintained at all times
- Assist with staff recruitment, training and performance management
- Monitor labour, stock and operating costs to maximise profitability
- Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing laws, health & safety and food safety standards
- Take responsibility for the venue in the General Manager's absence
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and hands on approach to management
