We currently have a vacancy for a full time Human Resources and Payroll Administrator based at our Head Office in Blackpool (FY4).
You will play a vital role in supporting and ensuring safer recruitment standards are met, payroll is processed accurately, and staff records remain fully compliant with Ofsted and legislative requirements.
Some of the Key responsibilities include:
· Managing the full recruitment cycle in line with safer recruitment regulations and Company policy.
· Maintain safer recruitment files and ensure all documentation meets Ofsted inspection standards.
· Collect, verify, and input payroll data including:
- Timesheets
- Sleep‑in payments
- Additional hours
- Absence, sickness, and annual leave
- Maintain payroll records and respond to staff payroll queries promptly.
- Maintain HRIS (Bright |HR)
- Track, DBS renewals and probation reviews.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new staff.
If you have previous experience in HR administration especially recruitment and/or payroll administration we would like to hear from you. Experience in children’s residential care or experience in working with other legislative requirements will be an advantage.
We are looking for applications from persons who are a strong team player, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with experience of working with Microsoft office (especially excel), experience of working with a HR information system and high attention to detail.
