Front of House Team Member
Caffe Monza Greenock
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Front of House team member to join our busy café team.
This role requires full flexibility, with shifts across Monday to Sunday. While most shifts are during the week, applicants must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Keeping the café clean, organised, and well-presented
- Checking back on tables to ensure a great customer experience
What we’re looking for:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with attention to detail
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
Requirements:
- Full availability Monday–Sunday is essential
- Flexible with shifts (morning and afternoon)
- Reliable and punctual
