Job Summary
BlueFrog provide cleaning & associated services across the South.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene on our common ways & sheltered schemes assignment ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. Ideally you will live in Fareham or Winchester or close by. A full clean drivers licence is essential.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas in communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency in cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored properly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning preferred
- Full clean drivers licence. Some points considered
- Use of cleaning equipment including scrubbing machines
- Live in the Winchester area or close surrounding area
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
