Workshop Controller – Volkswagen
Location: Camerons Volkswagen, Perth
Salary: £45,000 + Performance Bonus
Camerons Volkswagen is seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Controller to join our award-winning aftersales team.
As part of the wider Cameron Motor Group, we are a proud family-run business with a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. Our brand-new state of the art Volkswagen workshop operates with 14 ramps and is part of one of the Top 10 Volkswagen retailers in the UK from a network of over 170 retailers.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading and motivating our workshop team, ensuring maximum productivity, outstanding quality, and an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the Service Manager and alongside the Master Technician, you will play a key role in driving workshop performance while maintaining Volkswagen's high standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar workshop management role.
- A strong technical background within the motor industry.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a successful team.
- Target-driven with a focus on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Organised, proactive and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to delivering the standards expected of the Volkswagen brand.
- Committed to ensuring all repairs and paperwork are completed to Volkswagen audit standards.
- Overseeing workshop tools and equipment and ensuring they are maintained.
