Duties
- Manage and update property management software systems, including Street, to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information, addressing inquiries, and upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Perform precise data entry tasks related to lease agreements, maintenance requests, rent payments, and tenant information.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and communicate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of property issues.
- Assist in preparing lease documents, renewal notices, and other administrative correspondence for tenants and owners.
- Support the onboarding process for new tenants by collecting necessary documentation and explaining policies clearly.
- Maintain organized files and records for all property-related transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling services to clients or tenants is a plus.
