About the Role
We are looking for a practical, proactive Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician to take day-to-day ownership of the maintenance, upkeep and presentation of Network House.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering both the building and its external grounds. No two days will be exactly the same. You may be carrying out a minor repair in the morning, maintaining the grounds in the afternoon and supporting a contractor or responding to a building issue later in the day.
The role would suit someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, takes pride in their surroundings and prefers taking ownership of a site rather than carrying out the same trade task every day.
You will be expected to identify issues, resolve straightforward maintenance tasks independently where competent to do so, and recognise when specialist or regulated work needs to be escalated to an approved contractor.
Training can be provided for appropriate routine compliance and planned-maintenance tasks.
