Overview (Over 18 only, due to licensing.)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join us as we head into the busy months of July and August.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards and restaurant guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Assist in training new team members on front of house procedures and best practices.
- Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and billing.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong culinary skills with a good understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is advantageous.
- A passion for guest services and a desire to help create a positive dining atmosphere.
