We are seeking a proactive IT Manager to be responsible for overseeing Resilience Care Homes and group Companies information technology infrastructure, systems, security, and digital operations. The post holder will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems while leading technology projects that support business objectives and service delivery.
The IT Manager will advise on strategic direction, manage IT resources, maintain cyber security standards, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organisation's IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and telecommunications.
- Develop and implement the IT strategy to support organisational goals and growth.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data.
- Manage cybersecurity measures, system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection legislation, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and continuous improvement.
