Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Change all bedding in apartments.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health and safety standards to promote a hygienic environment
- Maintain cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed accurately
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to protect yourself and others from potential hazards
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
