Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff / Front of House team members to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests have a great experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and take orders efficiently with a friendly demeanour
- Serve drinks and food items accurately while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and front of house areas
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a smooth flow during busy periods
- Manage multiple tasks effectively using good time management skills
- Support colleagues during service to deliver excellent customer experiences
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service environments is desirable but not essential
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
- Good time management to ensure prompt service during busy hours
