We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Reception Team Member to join our Holiday Park team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and memorable holiday experience from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a professional check-in and check-out service
- Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Provide information about park facilities, local attractions, and activities
- Handle bookings, reservations, and payments accurately
- Resolve guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support smooth operations
- Maintain reception area standards and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment
- Support general administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic IT skills and confidence using booking systems (training provided if needed)
- Ability to remain calm and helpful in busy periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as part of a rota
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or reception roles
- Knowledge of local attractions and the surrounding area
- Experience using reservation systems
